Basic Service $200/month Includes: Single Drive (up to 20'), Front Sidewalk (up to 50' long), One entryway with sidewalk (up to 25' long).

Monthly Snow Removal Options (Check all that Apply):

Single Drive (Over 20' Long) +$25/month

Double Drive (Less than 20' Long) +$25/month

Double Drive (Over 20' Long) +$35/month

Triple Drive, Along Side of House, or Corner Lot +$50/month

2nd Visit on Continuous Snowfall +$50/month

2nd Entry/Walkway +$25/month

Patio, Deck, or Additional Sidewalk +$25/month

Priority Service (before 9AM) +$25/month

Ice Melt / Gravel / Sand +$10/month

Monthly Services include: Snow Removal within 24 hours, trace amount cleaning, and regular tire track removal (with exception of exposed aggregate driveways - level will be maintained but not scraped to bare).

Double Drive or Single >20', Front Sidewalk <50', 1 Door/Walkway <25') = $40

Triple Drive, Along Side of House, or Corner Lot, Front Sidewalk <75', 1 Door/Walkway <25') = $50

Patio, Deck, Additional Walkway = +$10

Ice Melt / Gravel / Sand = +$5

This is one-time service only (payment is due immediately upon completion of service); tire track and ice care will be done to the best of the ability under 20 minutes. For quality service to maintain track and ice, monthly management is suggested.

I agree to be contacted by Kelsey Irrigation & Contracting Services to organize scheduling and arrange payment.
